RETURNS POLICY 

IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER, ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS STARTING FROM THE DAY WHEN YOUR ORDER IS DELIVERED. THIS MEANS THAT THEY MUST BE SHIPPED BACK TO OUR RETURN CENTER IN A MAXIMUM OF 14 DAYS SINCE THE DAY OF RECEIPT.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES.

SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

THESE ARE THE STEPS YOU NEED TO FOLLOW TO INITIATE AND PROCESS A RETURN:

  1. PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL TO INFO@FHYNOX.COM STATING YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND REASON FOR RETURN TO OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
  1. ONCE THE RETURN IS ACCEPTED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH A PREPAID RETURN LABEL THAT YOU HAVE TO PRINT AND ATTACH TO YOUR PACKAGE. IF YOU ARE LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE EU, YOU WILL ALSO NEED TO PRINT AND ATTACH TO YOUR PACKAGE THE RETURN INVOICE THAT YOU WILL ALSO RECEIVE IN THE EMAIL.          
  2. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, ALL ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS AND PACKAGING INTACT. OTHERWISE, WE WILL BE UNABLE TO ACCEPT YOUR RETURN AND TO ISSUE A REFUND.
  1. PACK THE ITEMS IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING (OR ANY RIGID CARTON BOX OR POLY MAILER) AND STICK THE SHIPPING LABEL OVER THE PRIOR DELIVERY INFORMATION. IF YOU ARE LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE EU, STICK THE RETURN INVOICE AS WELL NEXT TO THE OTHER LABEL.
  1. LEAVE THE PACKAGE AT A POST OFFICE / DROP-OFF LOCATION. YOU CAN FOLLOW YOUR RETURN IN TRANSIT ON THE PAGE OF YOUR POST OFFICE  DEAS LONG AS YOU RETAIN A COPY OF THE RETURN TRACKING NUMBER FROM THE RETURN LABEL PROVIDED BY US.

DUE TO MERCHANDISING RESTRICTIONS, ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED FROM THE SAME COUNTRY FROM WHERE THEY WERE PURCHASED. 

ONCE YOUR PACKAGE REACHES OUR WAREHOUSE, PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR RETURN TO BE PROCESSED. PLEASE NOTE THAT, DURING PEAK TIMES, IT COULD TAKE LONGER THAN 7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR RETURN TO BE PROCESSED.

WHEN YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN ACCEPTED, YOUR REFUND WILL BE ISSUED AND YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. YOUR REFUND WILL BE CREDITED TO THE SAME PAYMENT METHOD USED FOR THE PURCHASE. SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE REFUNDED AMOUNT. 


FHYNOX RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY RETURNED ITEMS THAT DO NOT MEET THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS. IF YOUR RETURN IS REJECTED, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL AND IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU AT YOUR COST.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on worn items.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

QUALITY GUARANTEE

IF THE ITEM YOU RECEIVE IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED, YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT BY SENDING AN EMAIL INFO@FHYNOX.COM WITH QUALITY GUARANTEE AS THE SUBJECT.

WE INVITE YOU TO REVIEW THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE THAT APPLY TO ALL ORDERS THROUGH OUR WEBSITE. ANY ORDER PLACED ON OUR WEBSITE SHALL IMPLY EXPRESS ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS OF SALE AND THE LEGAL NOTICE.

THE RETURN MADE WITHIN THIS PERIOD WILL NOT INVOLVE ANY PENALTY. HOWEVER, YOU MUST ASSUME THE SHIPPING COSTS. YOU MUST SEND THE ITEM(S) IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR IN ANY OTHER POLY MAILER, BOX. ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED THE RETURNED ITEMS, WE WILL VERIFY THAT THEY MATCH THE RETURN SLIP AND THAT THEY ARE IN PERFECT CONDITION, IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND WITHOUT ANY SIGNS OF HAVING BEEN USED. IF THE VERIFICATION OF THE STATE OF THE ORDER IS SATISFACTORY, WE WILL PROCEED TO REIMBURSE YOU THE MONEY THAT YOU WOULD HAVE PAID IN ITS MOMENT IN THE SAME PAYMENT METHOD FROM WHICH YOU MADE THE PAYMENT, IN THE MAXIMUM TERM OF A MONTH. OTHERWISE, WE WILL CONTACT YOU TO SEND YOU THE ITEM AGAIN (THE TRANSPORT COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NEW SHIPMENT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY).

FHYNOX CAN ADJUST ANY PRICES AT ANY MOMENT BASED ON FASHION TRENDS, INVENTORY AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS. THE PRICE DIFFERENCE FOR ALL ORDERS PLACED BEFORE ANY PRICE CHANGES, PROMOTIONS OR SALE CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR CREDITED IN A CODE.

 QUALITY GUARANTEE

THE GUARANTEE PERIOD DOES NOT INCLUDE DEFICIENCIES CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, BEATINGS, MISUSE OR IMPROPER HANDLING, ETC., OR MATERIALS THAT ARE WORN BY USE. FAB-FAG WILL MAKE CHANGES OR RETURNS WHENEVER PRIOR NOTICE IS GIVEN TO OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT WITHIN 7 DAYS. YOU CAN DO THIS BY SENDING US AN EMAIL TO INFO@FHYNOX.COM INDICATING THE RELEVANT ORDER NUMBER WITH “QUALITY GUARANTEE” AS THE SUBJECT LINE OF THE EMAIL. WE WILL THEN INDICATE HOW YOU CAN ACT FOR THE RETURN OF THE ARTICLE. THE ITEM TO BE RETURNED MUST BE CORRECTLY PACKAGED FOR RETURN. THE PACKAGING MUST BE IN PERFECT CONDITION AND RETAIN ALL ITS ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES IN ORDER TO BE RETURNED.

WHEN THE USE OF THE GUARANTEE IS JUSTIFIED, YOU WILL BE OFFERED AN ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION, IN THE TERMS LEGALLY ESTABLISHED.

MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

FHYNOX RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, AND MAY CHANGE, DELETE OR ADD BOTH CONTENT AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT AND THE WAY IN WHICH THESE APPEAR PRESENTED OR LOCATED ON ITS SERVERS. YOU MUST ACCEPT THESE CHANGES EACH TIME YOU MAKE A PURCHASE THROUGH THE WEBSITE. IN THE EVENT THAT SOME OF THE TERMS OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE ARE DECLARED ILLEGAL OR UNENFORCEABLE BY A COURT DECISION, THE OTHER PROVISIONS WILL REMAIN IN FORCE.

IF YOU DECIDE TO USE OR CONSULT THIS SITE OUTSIDE OF BELGIUM, YOU MUST BEAR IN MIND THAT YOU DO SO ON YOUR OWN INITIATIVE, AND THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE RELEVANT LAWS. THIS CONTRACT WILL COME INTO FORCE AND WILL BE FULLY EFFECTIVE FROM THE MOMENT YOU ACCEPT IT.

THIS CONTRACT, AND THEREFORE THE GENERAL CONDITIONS THAT IT INCORPORATES, TOGETHER WITH THE ANNEXES (IF ANY), IN ADDITION TO BEING READ ON THIS WEBSITE, MAY BE STORED, ARCHIVED AND REPRODUCED BY THE USUAL ELECTRONIC OR COMPUTER MEANS.
